Record Breaking French Bac Results!

On Monday, we celebrated them as graduates, and today we celebrate their incredible success as French Baccalauréat recipients! This afternoon, we received the French Bac results for our Grade 12 French American program students. We are extremely proud of them and thrilled to share their success with the FASNY community:

First, we applaud the 100% success rate, with a 100% Honors rate once again this year! 29 out of 29 students passed, and every one of our students has done their very best.

Furthermore, 38% of students (11) received the Highest Honors (Très Bien), with 4 Félicitations du jury! We also applaud 55% of students (16) receiving High Honors (Bien) and 7% of students (2) receiving Honors (Assez Bien). This year’s cohort also includes 18 students who received the Baccalauréat Français International (BFI).

The combined 93% Très Bien and Bien honors are a new FASNY record! These terrific results align directly with the fact that our students have been accepted at top universities and colleges across the globe for next year. Congratulations to our students and their teachers!

We are also pleased to share that the Cultural Services of the French Embassy have invited our 11 students who received Très Bien honors to a ceremony on Friday at the Cultural Service of the French Consulate (Librairie Albertine) in New York to celebrate and recognize their incredible achievements.
