Both the girls and boys varsity cross-country teams finished second in the team rankings at the recent Independent Schools Athletic League (ISAL) championship.
A great memory I have from FASNY is the strong sports curriculum. Having played in the basketball and soccer teams encouraged team spirit, a healthy lifestyle and fun after-school activities.
To this day, I still play soccer competitively.

The interscholastic sports program in the Upper School provides a safe and competitive learning environment. It instills the skills necessary to participate in a lifetime of athletic and recreational activity while developing leadership and team spirit.
Congratulations to the varsity soccer teams on their Homecoming wins. The girls emerged victorious over Greenwich Academy, 1-0, while the boys defeated Stepinac 6-0. Way to go, FASNY!
Fresh off their recent 2-0 victory against the Lycée Français de New York (LFNY), the boys varsity soccer team is unvanquished after five games.
As the final athletics season of the school year comes to a close, highlights include a championship win in girls varsity tennis, among others.
It was an active basketball season, with a record number of home games for all of FASNY's teams.
