Being able to watch our daughter become bilingual and learn how to read and write and think bilingually... I think is well worth it.

The School offers aid, from N-grade 12, to children of all nationalities.
French nationals must apply for AEFE's aid to be qualified for any aid from the School.
Countries other than France may offer aid to their citizens. Please check with your consulate for further information.
Individual requests for reduced tuition are awarded on the basis of demonstrated need. Aid also may be granted to current students based on other criteria, which includes, but is not limited to, academic achievement, participation in extracurricular activities, and good citizenship.
Reduced tuition rates ensure that FASNY retains students from families who would otherwise have left the school due to their inability to pay the full tuition.
The Board of Trustees constantly seeks to strike the proper balance between sound financial policy and economic diversity.

School Financial Aid Application
Step 1: TADS
Families must complete an application (Tuition Aid Data Services). This organization provides FASNY with a confidential statement of need, based upon the parents' TADS Aid Application.
To make your information available to the School, you will need to indicate FASNY’s TADS school ID: 32204.
The application must be returned directly to TADS with payment of the TADS processing fee and all supporting documents (click on the name of the form to access it: 4506-T, 4506-T corporate, 4506-T partnership).
Please note that the TADS application form may be filled out in a paper version (available at the business office) or online by clicking on the TADS Financial Aid Application below.
(We recommend that you print and fill out this form before starting your online application.)
Step 2: Interview with the Financial Aid Office
After submitting the TADS application, families will be contacted to set up an appointment. During this meeting, we will review your financial aid application and all the supporting documents.
The School has limited resources for its financial aid program. We intend to allocate aid as fairly as possible to families in need. Please help us achieve this goal by being as precise and thorough as possible in preparing your application.
Please respect the deadline, and submit all requested documents and relevant information. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
AEFE Financial Aid Application
Families of French nationals must schedule an appointment with the Social Services of the French Consulate to submit their application. The deadline to complete your financial aid application for 2019-20 is Thursday, March 1, 2019.

All information is available online on the Consulate's website.
In the meantime, we recommend that you:
- Verify your registration and your children's registration with the French Consulate.
- Contact the Consulate's social services (Pamela Ducap and Hélène Ringot at 212-606-3600) to begin the preparation of your file now (some elements may be submitted now) and ease the application process.
- Prepare your tax return for 2018 as soon as possible in order to allow the Consulate to examine your file in the best possible conditions.
FASNY offers a unique education based on the acquisition of two languages and two thought systems and the openness to multiple cultures. This mission is supported by programs tailored to each child’s needs, which are expensive to operate. Our tuition is therefore considered by our parents as an investment in their child’s future.
We offer financial aid, which helps us to keep FASNY socially and economically diverse.
